My Journey to Embracing Imperfection with Sara Landreneau Kleinpeter
In this episode, Sara Landreneau Kleinpeter opens up about hitting her emotional rock bottom more than two years after her divorce even though she'd spent hours and hours in grief and trauma therapy. Through that process, Sara explores how she’s been able to move forward, grow, and continue to heal by learning to let go of perfectionism.
Sara works as the Coordinator of Board Services for Louisiana's Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) and proudly serves the Baton Rouge and her church community. She is passionate about learning and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy with a research focus on generational differences in the workforce and how that impacts the leadership of an organization. Although life will inevitably come with pain, loss, and anxiety, Sara is embracing her most imperfect life and it’s turning out to be really great.
